Every garment begins on our spacious cutting floor. Our 10×9 ft wooden cutting tables allow large-lay cutting for bulk orders with consistent accuracy. Fabric is spread, marked, and cut here before being bundled and passed to the sewing floor, ensuring zero wastage and precise panel dimensions from the very first step.
The heart of our production floor — our sewing division runs 46 single needle machines from globally trusted brands. JUKI and SIRUBA machines make up the backbone of our daily output, handling everything from basic T-shirt assembly to structured styles, delivering clean, durable seams and a production capacity of 2,000 pieces per day.
Our overlocking division ensures every raw seam edge is cleanly enclosed and reinforced. With 18 standard overlock machines and 2 five-thread overlock machines, we handle both regular and reinforced seam requirements with ease. The 5-thread overlock delivers extra-strength seams ideal for sportswear, activewear, and heavy-weight knitwear, keeping every garment durable wash after wash.
The flat-lock division brings the garment to its final, polished form. Flat-lock seaming is essential for knitwear — it lies flat against the skin, eliminates seam bulk, and delivers the clean, professional finish demanded by international buyers. With 11 flat-lock machines from PEGASUS and JUKI — two of the industry's most reputed brands — we achieve a smooth, comfortable finish across all garment categories.
